Ahmed (or Tony as his friends call him), is a former pro soccer player and now soccer coach for many high Schools and clubs around the Apple Valley area. Tony owned the Uptowner Cafe on Grand Avenue in St. Paul until 2005 before opening Valley Diner formerly Galaxie Diner) in Apple Valley.
