Peter & Lorrie Stau are the new owners of Rascal’s Bar & Grill and they are very excited to meet all of the great people of Apple Valley and the surrounding areas.

For over 20 years as an Executive Chef and Clubhouse Manager at Tamarisk Country Club in Rancho Mirage, CA, Peter brings his culinary expertise and his love for food to Rascals & Rascal’s Catering. Lorrie’s background is in Sales & Marketing! Together they will expand and pay attention to Rascals & Rascal’s Catering with its talented, highly trained staff and management team, menu options are both varied and value priced. The quality is always high, generous portions are prepared with fresh ingredients and a dash of innovation from well-trained chef’s.
